Rice pudding with mango, passion fruit and coconut

Ingredients

ml coconut drink

Greek yoghurt (unsweetened)

g dessert rice

g oats

teaspoons coconut blossom sugar

passion fruits

mango (finely chopped)
mint leaves

Preparation

Take a saucepan and heat the coconutdrink with the greek yoghurt. Add the dessert rice and the oats. Let it boil down to a quiet tied mixture. Keep stirring. Put the sugar into the mixture and stir once more. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top it with the fruit and some mint leaves. Enjoy!
