Vegetable omelet with salmon

Ingredients

eggs
2
egg whites
100
g cherry tomatoes

table spoons herb cheese, light
100
g smoked salmon
1
lime
handfull fresh spinash (washed)
dill
pepper and salt

Preparation

Put some olive oil in a pan and bake an omelet (2 eggs, 1 egg white) with pepper and salt. Do this twice. Meanwhile cut the cherry tomatoes in little slices. Put the omelets on a plate and spread the cheese on the omelets. Put the salmon on the omelets and top with the vegetables. Roll up the omelet and cut in half. Finish with some dill. Enjoy!
