Watermelon pizza with yoghurt and chocolate granola

Ingredients

round slices watermelon
400
g Greek yoghurt (unsweetened)
200
g fruitmix (forest fruit for example)
100
g chocolate and pistachio granola (see recipe)
lemon zest

Preparation

Mix the Greek yoghurt with the lemon zest. Spread the yoghurt on the watermelon slices. Top with the fresh forest fruit and the chocolate granola. Cut into pizza slices. Enjoy!
